Who We Are
Chinese Overseas Private Funds Association (“COPFA”) is a non-profit organization that connects Chinese managers with international allocators and market participants in the overseas private fund industry. We support their professional development and facilitate their access to institutional grade opportunities. We represent their voice and interest and advocate for high standards in regulation, innovation, ethics and governance. We collaborate with various stakeholders and foster long-term growth and reputation of the industry.
Our Mission
COPFA is an industry initiative that aims to elevate the standards and reputation of Chinese private funds through education, engagement and data sharing. We bridge the gap between Chinese managers and international allocators by providing a forum for dialogue, collaboration and mutual understanding. We counter global misinformation with facts-based analysis and insights. We are the voice and advocate of the Chinese overseas private fund industry.

COPFA is a super connector between the Chinese overseas private fund industry and the international market. COPFA collaborates and partners with various external industry associations, to strengthen the industry-wide collaborations and promote the interests of the Chinese fund ecosystem
The Hong Kong LPF Association (HKLPFA) is the first association focusing on promoting and improving the Limited Partnership Fund (LPF) regime in Hong Kong. HKLPFA looks to facilitate discussions among industry participants including financial, legal, accounting institutions and other institutions and individuals, and, more widely, to enhance market awareness and adoption of LPFs.
The Singapore Fund Directors Association (SFDA) mission is to be Singapore's premier body representing fund directors to foster long-term success through advocacy and standards-setting in corporate governance, and professional development for fund directors.
